In this video, the man suing Elizabeth Clare Prophet explains that doing the decrees at a rapid pace is a form of “mind control,” and that after an extended period of time, it leaves a person susceptible to being influenced to do things against his own will.

One of the most interesting things here is that most people don’t know what happens when you verbalize the decrees at a rapid pace and in a monotone voice while moving up a half-step (musically) for the next round. Put simply, it spins your energy fields faster, which opens your chakras while your life force energy flows with higher voltage through your body, and it allows you to take in more light.

Many people stuck in victim mentality mistake this trance state as being induced for the purpose of manipulation because it’s entirely unfamiliar.

Using a monotone voice allows you to decree with the speed needed to spin your energy field faster. It’s similar to using the Bengstrom healing method, where you visualize changing images rapidly. It brings you into an elevated state where your energy fields spin faster, and that is quite literally the foundation of everything from precipitation (manifesting) to healing.
